J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is filed to implement Ext.P6 order and release the salary due to the petitioner from October 2010 onwards. Admittedly, salary had been disbursed from the said date. According to the petitioner, she was not given the appropriate grade and also the increment. This apparently was not the subject matter in the writ petition though the petitioner has stated that Ext.P6 had not been implemented as such.
