Heard learned counsel for the appellant. We have also gone through the contents of the writ appeal.

accused was driving the car under the influence of alcohol at the time of accident. The licensing authority suspended the licence till completion of the criminal trial and the same came to be challenged before the appellate authority and the appellate authority confirmed the order of the licensing authority. This came to be challenged before the learned Single Judge.

the licence came to be made by the licensing authority as early as 02.05.2012 which came to be confirmed by the appellate authority on 10.09.2012. The indefinite period of suspension was reduced to ten months by the learned Single Judge.
With these observations the appeal is disposed of.
