JUDGMENT

The mediation report received. The parties have settled the matter. The memorandum of agreement entered into between the parties and the power of attorney executed by additional R7 and R8 in favour of additional R5 have also been attached along with the report. The aforesaid documents will form part of the record.

There shall be a final decree in terms of the agreement entered into between the parties and which has been appended along with the mediation report but subject to the payment of the nonjudicial stamps as per rules and the provisions of the Indian Registration Act.
