After going through the averments in the petition and during the course of submissions by the review petitioner, we find, the issues raised in the review petition cannot be considered in this petition as we cannot sit over the judgment of the Division Bench as appellate authorities. The only recourse open to the review petitioner is to approach the Apex Court challenging the judgment of the Division Bench, since the grievance is against the specific finding by the Division Bench of this Court.
Accordingly, the review petition is dismissed.
