ORDER
This review petition is filed pointing out that the judgment was rendered without taking note of the principles laid down by this Court in Vasantha Kumari v. State Bank of Travancore (2012 (1)KLT 755) . However, the aforesaid judgment has been reversed
by a Division Bench of this Court in State Bank of Travancore v. Vasantha Kumari (2013(1) KLT 649) . Obviously, therefore, there is no force in the contention raised.
Review petition is dismissed.
