O R D E R
The writ petitions were disposed of by judgment dated 29.5.2012. In paragraph 3 of the judgment, a sentence from the findings in the order of the Land Revenue Commissioner, as contained in Ext.P7 in W.P(C).10378/12 which is Ex.P8 in W.P(C).10361/12, was extracted. Subsequently, these review petitions have been filed alleging that since only one sentence alone from the said findings contained in the order of the Land Revenue Commissioner is extracted in the judgment, the respondents are proceeding with the acquisition, ignoring the other findings.
I heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
Learned Government Pleader submits that respondents have no intention to ignore any of the findings in the aforesaid

order of the Land Revenue Commissioner and Ext.R2(a) sketch. Now, that such a clarification has been made by the learned Government Pleader. I record the same and close the
review petitions.
