This revision petition is filed by a tenant of a building and after hearing parties, this Court directed the Mediation Centre attached to the District Court, Thalassery to try for a settlement. Accordingly, the mediation steps have been completed and settlement has been arrived at. Learned Mediator has submitted a memorandum of agreement executed between the parties. The terms of settlement will form part of the order. We dispose of the R.C.R in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. No costs.
