The petitioner seeks for an expeditious disposal of O.P.(Divorce) No.526/2010, on the file of the Family Court, Kottarakkara within a reasonable time. Going by the report dated 06/04/2013 of the learned Judge, Family Court, Kottarakkara the case is posted for hearing on 09/04/2013 and it is stated that the case can be disposed of this month itself.
The same will satisfy the plea of the petitioner. The report of the learned Judge is recorded and the O.P.(F.C) is disposed of.
