All that the petitioner prays is for extension of time to comply with Ext.P5 interim order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal in S.A No.693/2013. I extend the time till 30-11-2013 to comply with Ext.P5 interim order taking note of the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case. All other contentions are left open to be decided in S.A No.693/2013 pending with the Debts Recovery Tribunal.
