The prayer in this original petition are two fold and
they are,
i) to consider Ext.P5 petition for stay in Ext.P4 appeal pending before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, and,
ii) to stay further proceedings in Ext.P3 appeal before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Ernakulam till the consideration of Ext.P5 petition for stay.
The Original Petition is hence disposed of.
