This appeal is filed against the order passed by the Family Court, Kasaragod in OP No.114/11. OP was filed by the appellant for divorce on the ground of cruelty and desertion. By the order impugned, the OP was dismissed.
In such circumstances, this appeal is disposed of directing that the parties will be governed by the terms of the settlement dated 7th of August, 2013, which will form part of this judgment.
