Siri Jagan, J.
The matter comes up in the defects list today. The defects are that the appellant did not pay process to take out notice to the 2nd respondent and balance court fee has not been paid. The defect was notified and the matter was posted before the Registrar (Judicial) for defects also. The appellant did not appear before the Registrar (Judicial). That is why the matter has come up in the defects list.
When the matter is taken up, none appears for the appellant. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution.
