This appeal is filed by the State challenging the judgment and decree in L.A.R.No.262/2000 on the files of the Subordinate Judge's Court, Kozhikode. It is admitted by the learned Government Pleader that a number of appeals filed by the State in respect of comparable properties have been dismissed. In fact, this appeal is against a common judgment in respect of six L.A.Rs. including L.A.R.No.267/2000 and common land value has been fixed for all. L.A.A.No.1392/2003 against L.A.R.No. 267/2000 has been dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court by judgment dated 9.4.2007. Accordingly, following that judgment, this appeal is also dismissed.
