Ramachandran Nair, J.
Learned Ombudsman's report is one based on the permission sought for by the Cochin Devaswom Board for effecting repairs to Narayana Mandiram at Chottanikkara Temple. The estimate is for Rs.9,60,000/-. It is seen that the lowest tenderer who has quoted 5% above the estimate rate, was given the work by the Board as per Annexure A5. There is no objection from the Local Fund Audit also. We grant permission as sought for and the
expenditure will be subject to audit.
The D.B.P. is accordingly closed.
