ORDER
The petitioner is the first accused in C.C.No.736/2008 and his grievance is that though the case is pending for trial for the last four years, there is no progress and therefore he seeks an order for an earlier disposal of the case as he has got PSC advice and joined in service but his probation was not declared. Therefore, the present M.C is filed with a prayer to direct the Court below to expedite the trial.
