O R D E R
After arguing the case for sometime the counsel for the petitioners in both the petitions submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petitions with liberty to raise all the contentions raised by him in the applications before the Trial Court. Counsel for the petitioners also submitted that his personal appearance can be exempted. As regards the 2nd prayer is concerned, the petitioners can very well move the concerned court under Section 205 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and seek for personal exemption. If such an application is filed, the learned Magistrate shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
In view of the submission made by the counsel for the petitioners, permission is granted to the petitioners to withdraw the petitions with liberty to raise all the contentions raised by him in these

petitions before the Trail Court. With the above observations, permission is granted and these Criminal M.Cs. are dismissed as withdrawn.
