ORDER
The petitioners are accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.306 of 2013 of Veeyapuram Police Station, where the offences alleged are under Sections 498(A) and 406 read with Section 34 of IPC. The first petitioner/second accused is the Principal of TKMM College, Nangiarkulangara and the second petitioner who is the 3rd accused is working as Professor and Head, Farming System Research Station, Kottarakara. They preferred this Crl.M.C. under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. aggrieved by condition No.4 imposed on them by Annexure-I order, while they are granted anticipatory bail. In view of condition No.4, according to the petitioners, they are not in a position to discharge their official responsibilities effectively and to visit the house in Karunagapally in Kollam District. It is also the case of the second petitioner that she is deputed to undergo training in Shimla.
