The Registry has reported that Crl.A.No.727 of 2012 which is instituted upon the appeal sent by the detenue from the jail is the duplication of Crl.A.No.1952 of 2011 since the above appeal is preferred by the appellants including the appellant in Crl.A.No.727 of 2012. Therefore, Crl.A.No.727 of 2012 is closed and the proceedings in Crl.A.No.1952 of 2011 can be proceeded.
