JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the appellant fairly submitted on instructions that the appellant is not in a position to find out the correct address of the respondent so as to serve notice on her who sold her property and left the place. Therefore, the learned counsel for the appellant has also submitted that he is not in a position to proceed with the appeal after curing the defect.
In the result, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution.
