The Contempt Case has been filed complaining that interest on the gratuity amount was paid by the respondents. It is now submitted that for the period from the date of retirement till the date of deposit, towards interest, Rs.63,153/- has been paid to the petitioner on 27.01.2013.
With the payments so made, the judgment stands complied with and therefore, the Contempt Case is closed.
