J U D G M E N T
This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondent herein has willfully disobeyed Annexure-A1 interim order passed by this Court on 22.3.2013 in W.P.(C) No.6418 of 2013 by declining permission to the petitioner to sign the attendance register after the school reopened on 3.6.2013 and has not been allotted any work. Annexure-A1 interim order is no longer in force as it has been reviewed and set aside by this Court by order passed on 17.6.2013 on I.A.No.5432 of 2013 in W.P.(C) No.6418 of 2013. In such circumstances, I find no grounds to entertain this contempt case. It is accordingly closed.
