JUDGMENT
This petition was filed complaining disobedience of the directions of this Court in the judgment in W.P(C).1134/13. Counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent has now passed order dated 20.2.2013, permitting removal of red earth. In the light of the said order, this contempt case is closed.
