Having regard to the fact that already amounts due to the petitioner are paid, except 1/3rd of the revised arrears of pay, which is pending consideration before the Board as submitted by the respondents, we are of the opinion, we need not adjudicate what exactly would be the 1/3rd of the revised arrears of pay payable to the complainant. After revision of
pay is considered by the Board when the complainant receives the amount, it is for him to proceed further if the amount received by him is less than what he is entitled to. With these observations, the contempt proceedings are dropped. Hence Contempt Case is closed.
