Judgment
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the BSNL that compliance report has been filed today. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that arrears due till 31.3.2013 have been paid. This contempt of court case is hence closed recording that the respondent shall stand advised by the orders issued earlier in this case that the interim order issued in the writ petition has to be complied with, without fail. The right of the petitioner to file any fresh contempt of court case, if it becomes necessary, is left open.
