JUDGMENT
This contempt of court case is filed alleging that the respondent herein who is the Secretary of Alappuzha Municipality has wilfully disobeyed the direction issued by this Court in Annexure A judgment delivered on 5.2.2013 in W.P.(C) No.28712 of 2013.

In such circumstances, as the terminal benefits have been paid in full and all that remains to paid is pay revision benefits and also the difference in the commuted value of pension, I am of the opinion that no further orders are called for in this contempt of court case. It is accordingly closed.
