JUDGMENT
The learned Government Pleader submits that, the direction contained in Annexure A1 judgment has been complied with and a copy of the order has been produced as Annexure B along with the affidavit of the 2nd respondent. The learned Government Pleader also submits that, there occurred some delay in passing the order because of various administrative reasons and the respondents have tendered unconditional apology with regard to the delay involved.
The affidavit filed by the second respondent is accepted. This Court finds that, no further orders are necessary in this contempt matter and is closed accordingly, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to challenge the order, if so desired.
