that the investigating officer has submitted a report in the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Kannur on 03.12.2013 that since investigation did not reveal involvement of the petitioner, he is deleted from the array of accused.
The application is closed without prejudice to the petitioner moving again in case of any genuine apprehension of arrest in future.
