O R D E R

Petitioner apprehends arrest by the Kuttipuram police in Crime No.546 of 2013 (transferred to the CBCID OCW – II, Malappuram) for various offences under the Penal Code, Money Lenders Act and the Arms Act.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that as per

the report dated 28.11.2013, petitioner is not included as an accused in the case and was not required to be arrested.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner also.

In the light of the above, application is closed without prejudice to the petitioner moving again in case of any genuine apprehension of arrest in future.
