Petitioners are accused, in Crime No.1336 of 2012 of
the Pathanamthitta police station for the offences punishable under Secs.143, 147, 427, 447, 323, 294(b) and 452 r/w. Sec. 149 of the Penal Code, apprehend arrest and have filed this application.

only) with two sureties each for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned magistrate and subject to the following conditions:
a) One of the sureties shall be a close
relative of the petitioner.
b) First petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) in a nationalised bank (initially for a period of two years renewable as per the order of the learned magistrate) and produce the Fixed Deposit receipt before the learned magistrate while executing the bail bond.
c) In case the case is decided against the first petitioner and he is ordered to pay compensation, it is open to the defacto complainant to realise such compensation from the amount in deposit.
d) First petitioner shall report to the investigating officer as and when required for interrogation.
e) First petitioner shall co-operate with the

investigation of the case.
f) First petitioner shall not get involved any offence during the period of this bail.
g) In case any of condition Nos.(c) to (f) is violated, it is open to the investigating officer to file application before the learned magistrate for cancellation of the bail granted hereby, as held in P.K. Shaji V. State of Kerala (AIR 2006 SC 100).
