The petitioner complains that his wife Parvathy is under the illegal custody of the third respondent. It is stated that Parvathy was missing from 24.3.2012 onwards. The third respondent is a Constable working in C.I.S.F. Unit, Chatheesgad.

take Parvathy as his wife. According to him, she had illegal connection with the third respondent and therefore, he is not in a position to accept her as his wife.
