Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing

counsel Sri.Babu Joseph Kuruvathazha for the respondent Corporation.

Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayers:

“i) call for the records of this case;

¶34

ii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to revise the monthly pension in the pay scale of Vehicle Supervisor with arrears thereon;

¶35

iii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to pay the balance DCRG and CVP after calculating the basic pension in the pay scale of Vehicle Supervisor instead that of Driver; iv) issue such other writ, order or direction as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper to grant in the facts and circumstances of this case.”

of this writ petition with a direction to the first respondent to
