Writ petition was filed in the year 2007 with a prayer to allow the petitioner to pay the motor vehicles tax in respect of a Mahindra and Mahindra 1997 model saloon vehicle in instalments.
This court did not pass any order and the petitioner also did not move the writ petition thereafter. When the writ petition was taken up today, there was no representation for the petitioner also. In such circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for default.
