JUDGMENT
Though this writ petition was listed in the defect list
for want of service on the fourth respondent, counsel for the 5th respondent submits that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, he has paid the entire liability due, for which, revenue recovery proceedings were initiated, which is challenged in this writ petition. In the light of the submissions, nothing survives in this writ petition and therefore, the writ petition is closed.
