J U D G M E N T

The petitioner was issued with Ext.P1, namely, a copy of the marklist for the Secondary School Examination (Session 2009-2011) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Examination (C.B.S.E), which does not contain the photo as well as the Registration number of the petitioner. The petitioner, thereafter, requested for issuance of a fresh certificate showing the entire details.

Learned Standing Counsel for the C.B.S.E submitted that the details submitted through the school have been relied upon to issue the certificate, and if a fresh application is submitted along with the details through the first respondent, the same will be considered and steps will be taken in the matter.

Therefore, the petitioner will submit a fresh application which will be forwarded to the second respondent through the first respondent along with a copy of the Judgment which will be duly considered by the second respondent and appropriate steps will be taken to see that the marklist is corrected after entering all the details within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the application. The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
