JUDGMENT
The petitioner, an employee of the fourth respondent cooperative society has filed this writ petition challenging the order of reverting him from the post of Junior Clerk cum Cashier cum Store Keeper to the post of Attender cum Errand Boy with effect from 12.3.2012. The petitioner has also sought incidental and allied reliefs.

In the light of the fact that the petitioner has already resorted to the alternative remedy available to him by moving the Co-operative Arbitration Court, the writ petition is closed as withdrawn leaving upon the petitioners contentions and reserving liberty with him to prosecute A.R.C.No.7 of 2012 on the file of the Co-operative Arbitration Court, Kozhikode.
