JUDGMENT
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for KSRTC.
The petitioner is working as unadvised conductor in K.S.R.T.C in Kollam Depot. He was included in the ranked list published by P.S.C for appointment as Reserve Conductor in K.S.R.T.C. He was also advised by the P.S.C for appointment and was given appointment as unadvised conductor. By Ext.P2 order dated 22.12.2011 Government have regularised the service of 912 unadvised conductors who were engaged from the unadvised ranked list of P.S.C. In pursuance to Ext. P2 order, the 2nd respondent issued Ext.P3 order regularising 912 provisional conductors who were engaged from the unadvised ranked list of P.S.C. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in not regularising the service of the petitioner, this writ petition has been filed.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
