JUDGMENT
Petitioner says that he had obtained a licence from the respondent Panchayath, a copy of which is Ext.P3. It is stated that after the expiry of the period, he made an application for licence, which was acknowledged by Ext.P4 receipt dated 22.08.2011. Orders were not passed and presently what the petitioner seeks is that order on his application should be passed by the Panchayath, duly adverting to Ext.P5 judgment also.
Therefore, I dispose of this writ petition directing the Panchayath to pass orders on licence application received from the petitioner and acknowledged by Ext.P5 in accordance with law

and as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within six weeks of
production of a copy of this judgment.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
