Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for KSEB.
after perusing the impugned order, I am of the considered view that the petitioner has to pay interest from the 31st day of the order to the actual date of payment and the late payments of the bills and instalments shall carry interest as per KSEB rules. In that view of the matter, I find no ambiguity in the impugned order.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
