JUDGMENT

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶31

The petitioner retired from the service of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation on 31.01.2007. He was placed under suspension on three occasions for unauthorised absence during the period from 2003 to 2007. Later these disciplinary files were closed by granting eligible leave for the period of suspension and days of absence. Periods of absence were regularised and revised pension were given vide Ext.P3. But the arrears of salary for the period 2003-2007 were not drawn and disbursed to the petitioner. Hence this writ petition.

The petitioner submitted Ext.P4 representation before the first respondent. Let the first respondent dispose of Ext.P4 representation within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner .

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
