This Writ Petition was referred for mediation to the Kerala Mediation Centre at the request of the parties. Accordingly, as per the report submitted by the Mediator, the parties have arrived at a settlement of their disputes. In view of the settlement arrived at, no further orders are necessary to be issued in this Writ Petition. This Writ Petition can be disposed of recording the terms of the compromise.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of recording the terms of the compromise entered into between the parties in the presence of the Mediator. The agreement of settlement shall form part of this judgment.
