JUDGMENT
The first respondent herein is a retired employee under the KSRTC. He filed Ext.P1 complaint before the Kerala Lok Ayukta claiming arrears of revised pay for the period from 1-3-1997 to 31-10-1999 as per the agreement dated 13-4-1999. Relying on Ext.P2 order dated 23-4-2004, KSRTC filed a statement in which it is stated that the pay revision arrears in case of retired employees will be disbursed only after a period of eight years from the date of agreement, i.e., after 13-4-2007. Lok Ayukta, by Ext.P3 order, rejected the contention and directed to disburse the salary arrears granted to them by the bipartite agreement dated 9-4-1999 within two months from the date of receipt of the order. Aggrieved by the said order, petitioner herein filed this writ petition with the following prayers:
i) to call for the records leading to Ext.P3 order and quash the same by the issuance of a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, direction or order.
ii) to grant interim order of stay the operation of Ext.P3 order during the pendency of writ petition.
iii) to grant such other relief or reliefs as this honourable court deems fit to meet the ends of justice.
