JUDGMENT
Notice was issued in this writ petition on 01.02.2010. However, notice to the third respondent was returned with the endorsement “No such person”. It is also seen that despite an opportunity was given to cure the defect, the defect was not cured and it is therefore that the case is posted today. Today, when the matter was taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner. In such circumstances, the writ petition will stand dismissed for non prosecution.
