J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has filed Ext.P4 revision under Section 13A of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act in respect of a dispute between the petitioner and the 4^th respondent. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Ext.P4.

Although, notice has been served on the 4^th respondent, the 4^th respondent has not cared to enter appearance and contest the matter.

I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the 1^st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and the 4^th respondent.
