Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing
Counsel appearing for the respondents.
(i) call for the records leading to Ext.P2 and declare that the same are illegal and violative of principles of natural justice and to quash the same by issuing a writ of certiorari or other writ, order or direction.
(ii) issue a writ of mandamus compelling the first respondent to reconsider the issue after hearing the petitioner and consider Ext.P3 to P6 representations within a time specified by this honourable court.
the respondents to consider and pass orders on Exts.P3 to P6 representations as early as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard.
