JUDGMENT
The petitioner, while working as UPSA in the National
High School was subsequently promoted as 'HSA' in the year 1998. While so, there was an instance of Junior Senior fixation as well and the petitioner's pay was raised to the appropriate extent, as desired by the petitioner.

specific submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to cause Ext. P4 to be finalized within a reasonable time, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on Ext. P4 in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ petition before the third respondent for further steps.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
