JUDGMENT
Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application for temporary permit in respect of stage carriage bearing Regn.No.KL-17/A 985 or other suitable vehicle on the route Sasthamkotta - Kundara - Mukkada for four months in the vacant timings of stage carriage No.KL-2/P 1495. It is submitted that Ext.P1 application for temporary permit is pending consideration before the respondent.
that Ext.P1 application for temporary permit will be considered within a period of two weeks.
