J U D G M E N T
Petitioner is the registered owner of a stage carriage bearing Regn.No.KL-18E 1269. By Ext.P1 order passed by the 2nd respondent, demand of motor vehicle tax for the period from 1/1/11 to 30/6/11 was confirmed in appeal filed by the petitioner. Against that order, the petitioner filed Ext.P2 revision before the 1st respondent along with Ext.P3, an application for stay of the demand. Revision and the stay petition are still pending and in the meanwhile, this writ petition has been filed contending that the 3rd respondent is trying to enforce the demand.
