JUDGMENT
The petitioners herein approached this Court challenging
the fee prescribed by the Management and they are seeking for a declaration that `45,000/- per Semester is the fee that can be collected by the Manager from the petitioners for the entire course.

The learned counsel for the Management also submitted that on the petitioners furnishing the balance amount, the certificates can be released. Accordingly, on the petitioners remitting the balance amount of `30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) each, the certificates will be issued to them.
The Writ Petitions are disposed of as above.
