JUDGMENT
The petitioner, retired from the service of the respondent Municipality while working as 'sanitary worker' on 30.06.2010. In spite of the fact that, the 4th respondent has already sanctioned the pensionary benefits payable to the petitioner vide Ext.P1 dated 23.01.2011, the same stands still to be disbursed, which made the petitioner to approach this Court by filing the present writ petition, since Ext.P2 representation filed in this regard has not turned to be fruitful.
