JUDGMENT
The petitioner is working as Assistant Professor in Political Science in S.N.College, Cherthala. By virtue of the credentials of the petitioner, having Ph.D. (in Political Science), it is stated that petitioner is entitled to have the benefit of advance increments as provided in Ext.P3. Reliance is also sought to be placed on Ext.P6 judgment. The relief sought for in this writ petition is
only to cause Ext.P5 representation, which is pending before the second respondent, to be finalised, in accordance with law, within a reasonably time.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to pass final orders on Ext.P5, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the second respondent for further steps.
